Creamed Raw Honey is a honey spread made with 100% raw honey. Its smooth, rich, and creamy consistency makes creamed raw honey easy to spread, great on toast and crackers with cheese, and directly from the spoon.

Creamed doesn't mean it has dairy in it. It means it has solidified with a smooth texture under carefully controlled conditions.

Our bees forage in the South Mountain Reservation of New Jersey stopping at their favorite flowers along the way. From linden, poplar, Japanese bamboo, and a variety of wildflowers, they collect nectar to produce delicious honey.

What an Absolute Gem

I wanted to try local honey because of allergies. I saw creamed honey, which I have always loved. This is amazing. Little did I know that creamed honey can be smokey and not be overwhelmingly sweet. I have it on buttered toast for breakfast, which is now my favorite morning starter. I am such a fan, I had to share my love for it with a few of my coworkers. They were impressed and loved it too. I came back and ordered more. I look forward to continuing my support for my local bee keeper!

What an Absolute Gem

I decided to try a local honey because of allergies. I like honey but have always been a fan of creamed honey. This one is amazing. I had no idea that you can have a smokey flavor in honey, and the sweetness was not overwhelming. It was just right on a piece of buttered toast. It has become my favorite breakfast. I love this honey so much that I shared some with my coworkers to try. They loved it too. So I cleaned her out by ordering more. Sorry. I look forward to continue supporting my favorite local bee keeper!!!

Thank you for your review! I'm so glad I found it. Somehow it got lost in my system. Creamed honey is a treat to the senses, and that smoky one we were lucky to get last year was a true surprise from the bees.

Best honey EVER!

South Mountain Bees creamed raw honey is my absolute favorite. It is spectacular and so delicate yet full of intense flavor. I love to pair it with a very high percentage cacao that has floral notes or enjoy alongside goat cheese. Sometimes I just dip a little spoon in my personal jar for a sweet treat. Best honey EVER!
