           I'd had honeycomb before, but when Adriana, the apiculturist from South Mountain Bees gave me some to eat, I was surprised. At once it was sweeter yet less cloy than the stuff I'd buy in a plastic bear at Pathmark. The viscosity was altogether lighter and the sit on the tongue, richer as well.
          Over the course of the summer, at the Farmer's market in South Orange, I came to see her often. Then there was one day. I'd been outside working most of that morning, sweating. I, myself, was the ripest thing at the whole market. The problem was worse because I was due to meet a woman at that market...sort of a "Non-date." date.
          Explaining my problem, Adriana had a solution for me. Bee's wax-honey deodorant. Frankly I thought it was a little too hippie-granola-ish to work, but I got it and used it. Unbelievably, really, it worked instantly and gave me a slight clean laundry smell.  It was perfect...sort of like the Christmas present that you didn't know was hidden under the bed, and it was a total surprise. I was so grateful.
          What I want, but haven't treated myself to, yet, is the proper shaving brush and Bee's wax shaving soap gift set. I figure it's how to get a proper lather on. Stylish, truly man-cool. Hand made.
She's got other stuff too...which I've leaned is really useful for a single guy. Yep. Better than Irish Spring, natural honeycomb shaped right proper SOAP!!!
My dating life has only continued to get better..I get the satisfaction of saying "I know the woman that makes this soap!"...or maybe  it's just feeling clean...Bee clean...Manly clean!
